PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Theequipment adopts EPS polystyrene, STMMA copolymer resin and EPMMAPolymethylmethacrylate as raw material of lostfoam.

Itadopts advanced electrical and pneumatic components to rationpre-expander time, controls barrel temperature and pre-expandertime automatically.

Themachine is equipped with hot air dryer system without agglomerationand wall-sticking, raw material after pre-expander is dry anduniform which shortened the curing time of naturalageing.
